UK Marketing Academy announces influential business leaders
The Marketing Hall of Legends today announced the list of diverse and prominent business leaders and who will form the Board of The Marketing Academy.
The trustees will foster a climate of excellence, promote innovation and excellence throughout our scholarship programme and provide wise counsel and support for our continued success.
The voluntary Board comprises Andy Parfitt, BBC, Controller Radio 1, Popular Music, 1Xtra, Asian Network and Switch, Phil Rumbol, Marketing Director Cadbury, Steve Back, CCO Monsoon and Accessorize group, Sally Cowdry, Marketing Director O2, Charmaine Eggberry, Mark Choueke, Editor of Marketing Week, Gail Gallie, Director, GallieGodfrey.
Sherilyn Shackell, the head of the Marketing Hall of Legends and founder of the Marketing Academy – also on the Board – said:
“The Marketing Academy aims to inspire and develop the absolute best marketing talent of today to become the industry leaders of tomorrow. I couldn’t be happier with the team of people who have agreed to sit on the Academy board as they represent the absolute finest in their field and bring with them a wealth of knowledge and experience from across the entire industry.”
