I was quite proud to be virtually off the scale for "eccentricity"- and it was also a revelation to discover that high "charm" could tip over into "manipulative". Of course, I'd never, ever see myself that way (nothing like a bit of denial, eh?) BUT what was really useful was the realisation that other people might see me that way...and we wouldn't want that, would we?! Of course, I've only just described two perspectives...and very superficially at that - however the journey of discovery which Suzie took me on has turned out to be hugely helpful in my own consultancy and business coaching/training career.
