		<description>Perhaps we should be using Facebook to show prospective employers what we&#039;re like as people - keep it on &#039;brand you&#039;, ok there are drunken photos, but make sure there are ones of your hobbies, your travels, whatever interests you... a great CV is one thing, but when choosing employees and colleagues, getting an insight into the person is valuable - arguably this has a bigger impact on how well we fit together as teams than what degree we have or what kind of projects we&#039;ve worked on in the past.</description>
