Only Marketing Jobs – Where did that one come from..?

There has been nothing subtle about the emergence of digital recruitment advertising company, Only Marketing Jobs. A pink rhino standing on pink-rhinothe platform of Liverpool Street Station would be less conspicuous.

Out of nowhere this niche-sector marketing job board has stampeded with increasing determination through the dense forest of competition, establishing itself firmly as a force to be reckoned with in the digital recruitment space.

“The new site provides a perfect example to how Only Marketing Jobs continues to produce innovative solutions to the online recruitment process by delivering superb content-rich information essential to our business model in the current climate.” Russell White, Director, Premier Consulting.

Drawing on experience gained from the traditional recruitment sector Only Marketing Jobs manifests itself as a full-solution online platform, able to synergistically embrace the demands of jobseekers, recruiters and advertising agencies. Whilst the proposition allows for quick, one-off, low-cost vacancy positioning, it carries of bundle of other integrated solutions, suitable for more complex recruitment campaigns. At only £120.00 for single ads it is certainly cost-effective.

Social media

Embracing the development of social media has been a key contributor to the success of Only Marketing Jobs as it makes quick headway into the relatively new void of recruitment SMO. Indeed, 5,000+ UK marketers and hiring managers benefit daily from its expanding LinkedIn group, where newly-incorporated sector-specific sub-groups allow marketers and recruiters to receive and contribute to news feeds and discussions, specific to their industry.

Monthly newsletters to a subscription base of more than 30,000 marketers, recruiters and direct employers highlights how quickly Only Marketing Jobs has established itself in a sector hit relatively hard by the economic downturn.

Making a difference sets you apart in this business and Simon Lewis, content editor and director of the business, says the key to its rapid incline has been the delivery of value-added services. “We recognised early on that with advertising spend down we would need to incorporate additional components to our proposition. We started by replacing job board lathery with a proactive ‘call to action’ philosophy, which has ensured our clients receive a service that represents terrific ROI. Obviously the current climate means employers are looking to reduce recruitment spend so we are incorporating a number of individually-priced items into an in-inexpensive range of packaged services.”

What next?

One key component of the Only Marketing Jobs proposition is the Referral Reward, a unique scheme that allows subscribers the chance to earn £1,000’s in cash rewards by recommending people they know to marketing vacancies. The Referral Reward service also allows recruitment agencies to increase sales by sharing fees with counterparts, reducing cold-calling and generating a higher return on investment. Jobseekers are advantaged because their agencies instantly have more suitable vacancies. Direct employers benefit because the number of calls from recruiters is reduced.

This product is being refined in line with the development of a comprehensive suite of items from a new-look menu bar. A refurbished website will compliment an improved service for employers and jobseekers, moving significantly into the not-for-profit and graduate spaces.

Despite these challenging times Only Marketing Jobs remains innovative. Its expansion into the social media domain has afforded positive exposure. Employers looking to hire marketing staff should give them a try. Want to know where to find them? Head to Liverpool Street Station. They’re there now, next to the pink rhino…
